Coming from an accounting background, I have honed exceptional skills in organizing and interpreting complex data sets. These skills are pivotal in my approach to designing interfaces that are both actionable and informative.

Furthermore, my sales experience has deepened my understanding of customer needs and behavior, enabling me to empathize with end-users and advocate for their interests throughout the design process. My career has also allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail, honed analytical thinking, and master the art of making data-driven decisions.

During my time as a banking sales consultant, I noticed a growing inclination towards applying my problem-solving skills in a more design-oriented context. I realized how digital experiences can influence customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Seeking a tool to bridge this gap, I discovered that a UX/UI course offered me a creative outlet to achieve this, thus starting my journey to my dream career.

I am obsessed with empathy and gathering data on how things are built and used. I believe in solving problems of any scale by breaking them down into simple artifacts that translate into a pattern and are tested with actual users.
